Announcement and Reminders :
- Second packet due back on Monday.
- Thursday, February 1: Young Writers entry due to Mrs. Brammer.
- Spirit Week: February 5-9
- February 9: pep rally at 1:00, 3-hour early dismissal.
Academics this week, subject to change as needed:
- Anyone who did not do the quiz over Psalm 23:1-5 last Thursday will need to do it Monday.
- No reading homework this week. Students will need to study for history and be ready for a math test.
- Tuesday: History test. (The study guide was in the take-home packet.)
- Wednesday: Math test. I recommend looking over workbook pages 153 and 154 with your child to prepare. (They'll come home Tuesday.)
- Students need to know multiplication facts up to 7 x 12.
- Spelling words were inserted in take-home folders last Thursday. The schedule will be as normal: homework Tuesday, trial test Thursday, second chance test Friday.
- Bible memory quiz Friday: all of Psalm 23.
- Friday: Language test.
